Shipping, Returns, & Refund Policy

Emerge & See Co LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to rendering excellent customer service. This policy explains our shipping, return, and refund procedures.
By employing our services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Shipping Policy
Processing Time: Orders for physical products are processed within 3-5 business days after receipt of payment.
Shipping Time: Delivery times vary depending on location. Domestic orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days. International orders may take longer.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable. Shipping fees vary by shipping address and weight of the package. Standard rates are between $7 (United States) and $20 (International). The shipping of bulk orders can lead to shipping rates up to $150. Shipping fees are calculated in the online store upon entry of shipping country and quantity of products.
Change in Shipping: If there is a need for a change in shipping address, contact eMerge & See Co within the first 48 hours of placing the order. We are happy to accommodate these changes.
Lost or Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days for assistance.
Return & Refund Policy – Books
Eligibility for Returns: You may return a physical book within 14 days of receipt if it is unused and in its original condition. Before returning material, contact must be made with eMerge & See Co.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an incorrect product was sent.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items: Digital products, signed copies, or clearance items cannot be returned.
Coaching Services – Cancellation & Refund Policy
Booking Confirmation: Coaching sessions are confirmed once payment is received.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice without penalty.
Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session are non-refundable.
Refunds for Services: Coaching services are non-refundable once delivered. If you are dissatisfied, please reach out so we can address your concerns.

Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are available once the file has been sent or downloaded.
