Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Emerge & See Co LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our coaching and administrative services, including any related digital platforms, content, tools, or communications.

By engaging with our services, you (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.​

Services

Emerge & See Co LLC provides professional coaching and administrative services including, but not limited to:

​

  • Life, business, ministry, academic, or leadership coaching

  • Personal or professional development consulting

  • Virtual administrative support

  • Project and operations management services

 

Service details, deliverables, and timelines are outlined in individual client agreements or service proposals.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Participate actively and honestly in coaching or consulting sessions.

  • Provide timely and accurate information needed to perform administrative tasks.

  • Respect all agreed-upon timelines and deadlines.

  • Communicate in a professional and respectful manner.

 

Failure to cooperate or engage constructively may result in service termination or suspension.

Payments & Billing

  • All services are billed as agreed upon in your service contract, proposal, or invoice.

  • Payment is due upon receipt or according to the schedule outlined in your agreement.

  • Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit cards, ACH, or other third-party platforms.

  • Late payments may incur a late fee of 5% per month or the maximum allowed by law.

  • If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, services may be paused or terminated.

 

All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in your service agreement.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Coaching sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Missed appointments without proper notice may be charged in full.

  • For ongoing services, a written 7-day notice is required to cancel or pause service agreements unless otherwise stated.

  • Training services are non-refundable. Payment plans for trainings cannot be discontinued. With advanced notification, training programs can be deferred. 

  • Clients have 15 minutes to up to counseling sessions. If the client does not show up within 15 minutes, the session will be canceled without refund. Additional measures will be taken if clients are consistently late for sessions.

Confidentiality

  • We are committed to protecting your confidentiality. All personal or business information shared during services is treated as confidential unless:

  • Required by law

  • You provide written consent to share

  • Disclosure is necessary to prevent harm

  • Coaching is not therapy and does not offer legal, medical, or financial advice.

Intellectual Property

  • All content provided by Emerge & See Co LLC (including coaching materials, templates, proprietary frameworks, and documents) remains the exclusive property of the Company.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any materials outside of the agreed services without prior written permission.

Disclaimers

  • Coaching results may vary. We do not guarantee any specific outcome or result.

  • Administrative services are based on the accuracy and completeness of information provided by you.

  • Emerge & See Co LLC is not liable for decisions you make or actions you take as a result of our services.

  • Emerge & See Co LLC is not responsible for the affairs, policies, and/or workings of the partners in the network.  

  • All services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Emerge & See Co LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of our services.

  • Our total liability for any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

    • You breach these Terms or any signed service agreement.

    • You fail to make timely payments.

    • There is misconduct, harassment, or unprofessional behavior.

    • In such cases, unused service time may not be refunded.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to attempt mediation in good faith before pursuing legal action. If unresolved, any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and resolved in the courts of Fulton County (Atlanta, GA), unless otherwise required by law.

Modifications

​​We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and/or shared with you directly. Continued use of services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
